As the posts below indicate, it seems the extension discussed in this video is no longer functional and the video is in need of updating. At this time (October 2021) it seems like the best Google tools for page speed analysis are either the website version of google PageSpeed: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ or else the new "Lighthouse" extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lighthouse/blipmdconlkpinefehnmjammfjpmpbjk?hl=en Hope this helps.
