Outlet connection issue- iOS Swift

I'm working on a project, I'm getting the signal SIGABRT error. After searching I figured out it was because an outlet wasn't connected. The problem is once I pull up assistant editor the outlet appears to be connected, when I'm not in assistant editor they are not. This problem came up when I had to go and change the name of one of the outlets

Answer in case anyone else has this issue

Go to your storyboard, find the view controller of which you want to view all the outlets of, and click on the yellow logo at the top of it which shows a square inside a circle. Then go to the side panel on the right, and click the arrow with the circle (top right). There you can see all the outlet and action connections
