Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Task is to save the number 10 to the bundle.
Error doesn't make sense to me.
import android.content.Intent;
import android.view.View;
public class MainActivity extends Activity {
public TextView mTextView;
private static final String KEY_USERENTRY = "KEY_USERENTRY";
@Override
protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
setContentView(R.layout.activity_main);
mTextView = (TextView) findViewById(R.id.textView);
}
@Override
protected void onSaveInstanceState(Bundle outState) {
super.onSaveInstanceState(outState);
outState.putString(KEY_USERENTRY, "10");
}
@Override
protected void onRestoreInstanceState(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
super.onRestoreInstanceState(savedInstanceState);
}
}

23,732 PointsSince it says "save the number 10 to the bundle" use putInt() instead:
outState.putInt(KEY_USERENTRY, 10);
