padding

1.Does padding-top and padding-bottom which Dave gave for "Header" really needs? As i see that the is already clrearly seperated then why to write extra codes? I really dont get it. Please help me.

It's certainly needed to complete the section I guess? But really adding extra padding to your properties is a styling thing. You could be working on a project which means you need a lot more space between your header and the rest of the content. You might want it to display in certain ways etc etc.
