Padding not working

When I use css for padding, I can’t see the changes in the web browser, I’m using google chrome and sublime text.

Erik, you are missing ; after #e2e2e2.

Hello Erik, Maybe you are missing to use px or em? As an example;

.box { padding: 0 1.5em 0 1.5em; }

or

.box { padding: 0 1.5px 0 1.5px; }
