Page not loading correctly when snapping to full screen?

Okay, so I'm on windows 8 and snap my screens to have dreamweaver on one side and teamtreehouse via chrome on the other. I load my index so I can watch my progress with each video. When I pull chrome into full screen, the jumbotron and images, including the logo, don't load. Any help?
