CSS Sass Basics Write Smart and Efficient CSS with Sass Custom Functions

Parameter

What is the parameter used for in a function?

1 Answer

Johnny Austen
seal-mask
.a{fill-rule:evenodd;}techdegree seal-36

The parameters basically represent the information being passed into the function. Kind of like the meat, veggies etc that would go into a burger.

So the function accepts what parameters it will accept in advance, in parentheses.
