PayPal Account

The lesson gets confusing at this point. Am I setting up a fake PayPal account? Is this legal? I really wanted to just learn PHP, but setting up a business account when I don't have an actual business seems suspect. Won't this raise an issue with PayPal?

Thoughts anyone?

Its perfectly fine actually. There is no money going through the system, its just to test the code.
