hi, i am going through this course and it says i should upgrade to a business account. i believe the main objective of upgrading to the business account is to be able to use the button for shopping cart purchases (i.e. using paypal's add to cart API) but i am wary of any charges that i might incur.
i then came across the buttons for shopping cart purchases and it says here i can set it up right away but if i wanted to access the money, i should upgrade to a premier or business account. (https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_shoppingcart-intro-outside)
thinking i will just be using their cart, perhaps i could do this, instead of upgrading to business account?
