Permanence of Console Foundations' Virtual Machine.

I have 2 questions about the virtual machine used in the course.

1) How permanent is it? As in could I come back a week or a month later and use the machine as it was?

2) If I want to start with a new fresh virtual machine how do I go about it?

I think it would be nice to use it for quick testing once in a while.

Thanks I'll send them an email. During this course was my first encounter with the virtual machine. That being the case I thought this would be the logical place to ask. But you are right, it's not really a content question.
