Hi I am busy with integrating the php with paypal.Do I need to create a paypal account??I saw a lot of responses about this issue.Sandbox is a alternative but it changed a lot.There is no code for carts etc.

What is the alternative?

No, you don't need to create a paypal account. Just use Randy's code. (You can even download it from the video page of the course - look under the downloads tab). It will work well enough. I just skipped the customization stuff the Randy walks us through - it's paypal specific and not related to learning PHP anyway.
