PHP Authentication

To Whom it May Concern,

I gone through basic course on on the PHP language, but I have never worked on Sessions or Cookies. Is the PHP Authentication video the best place to start? I do require authentication for the site I am currenlty working on and I thought PHP sessions or cookies, would be an apporpriate solution.

Neverr mind. I think I am way over my head at the moment. I will reclassify myself as a beginner and start with the "Build a Basic PHP Website" cource.
