PHP Dilemma

This is confusing for me since i've just started php, help?

index.php 
<?php 
$names = array('Mike', 'Chris', 'Jane', 'Bob');
foreach ($social_icons as $name){
}
?>
<?php echo $names?>

Hi Macauley,

A foreach loop, loops through each value inside an array. You can access each of these values and then do something with it e.g echo it out onto the page.

With the above example you have the foreach syntax correct however it is the $names array that needs to be looped through. You also need to place the code you want to execute within the foreach loop, like so:

<?php 
$names = array('Mike', 'Chris', 'Jane', 'Bob');

foreach ($names as $name) { //loop through each value within the $names array
  echo $name; //echo out the name
}

?>

This would give you the following output: MikeChrisJaneBob
