PHP Fatal error: Class 'Courses' not found in Psy Shell code on line 1 on Ver 6.20.44

Running into an issue with this. Using the recommended version, I see the above error. The database is verified as populated (the data wrote to the db,) and I have repeated my steps to the letter.

Looking at the other questions here, they either reference a different version or deal with different issues. I'm stumped on this which means the solution is probably really easy. What am I missing?
