This is the third question I've seen in just the last few days where the header section was filled with empty elements. Did you copy that from somewhere? Or perhaps the instructions are misleading?

Anyway, in this challenge you will be enclosing the text provided in grouping elements. You won't be adding any empty elements or removing any of the provided content. Start over and keep that in mind as you do each task and you should get it.
