I was having the same problem until I tried something different. In the sidebar I right clicked and then chose "upload file". The window then pops up so you can then navigate to the file you want uploaded. I clicked once on the file (or highlight multiple files) I wanted to upload to the sidebar, then clicked "Choose" at the bottom of the popup window. The file then uploaded to the side bar.

Thank you for your answer. Problem solved.

Hi Keith

As there are many other students that browse the forums they might be able to learn from your trial and error issue if you explain how you fixed it. Could you walk us through what you did?

Yes Russell. According to the video I create a new folder in the workspace sidebar. I have the image files on the sidebar. In the workspace sidebar I am trying to drag and drop these files into the image folder. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Make sure you unzip/extract the project files before trying to drag and drop, if that is what you're trying to do. Could you provide a little more info, if this is not the case?
