I need you to make a new function, add. add should take two arguments, add them together, and return the total.

Here's an example script that doesn't do exactly what the challenge is asking for, but maybe it'll help you piece it together.

def multiply(number, another_number):
    return number * another_number

Or if it helps to make it a little more drawn-out:

def divide(number, divisor):
    answer = number / divisor
    return answer
