Plugin is not working

Hey when i add css file of plugin in a html the page doesn't appear but when i remove it the page appeared what's the problem which stop page from loading

Open the browser development tools. Usually f12. select the console and look at the error message. Be sure to check the script's src='pathname' string for the proper path and spelling.
