Plugin with id 'android-apt' not found?

After inserting:

apply plugin: 'android-apt'

android { ... }

dependencies { compile 'com.jakewharton:butterknife:8.1.0' apt 'com.jakewharton:butterknife-compiler:8.1.0' }

I get the following error: Plugin with id 'android-apt' not found

Please advise!
