Pods vs. CPTUI

Are there any advantages or disadvantages to using the plugin Pods as opposed to Custom Post Type UI? The Web Developers at my job are using Pods and as I am going to be joining them soon, I was wondering if there was any benefit to using one over the other?

Honestly I use GenerateWP its a great tool for all sorts of things.
