Point of Control Dragging In Autolayout

Hello! At around 15:35 in the video we control drag from the label to the background. What exactly are we doing here? Are we "attaching" the label to the background so it goes where ever it goes?

I noticed we connected them with Center X and Center Y, but the label does not look like it is in the exact center for me. Any type of help would be greatly appreciated since I might have missed the core part of the lesson
