Possible to pass props via Link?

Is it possible to pass props via Link? If I had a table or list, where Link would take me to a detail page for that row, is it possible to pass props in a similar way like it's done from parent to child component?

Thanks!

By "props" do you mean "properties"? And if by "from parent to child" you're talking about inheritance, that only applies to items in the same document. There would be no inheritance by items on a different document (page).
