Well for that you'll have to use the console/terminal that is on your computer. Just remember to try not to use commands that have sudo or that change permission on your computer unless your familiar with them.

Assuming that you're running a windows computer you can download a free terminal called Console 2. With Console 2 you should have the same console experience as Mac OS X or a Linux users.
