Before going to Bootstrap , you must try to complete Introduction to HTML and CSS , HTML Basics , CSS Basics , CSS Layout Basics , Responsive Layouts .
These are must courses before going to Bootstrap .
There are many developers who don't use Bootstrap and try to achive the desired result using basic html and CSS.
But it totally depends on you . But I will recommend to jump into BootStrap only once you have master the basics of html , css , and responsive layout .
