presentViewController in ios8 now has a delay. What alternative do we have?

Basically even if you have animated:NO you will still get a very small delay between the views. I am so nitpicky it is driving me crazy, but i cant find a solution. Some Help?

This is ios8 , you can google presentViewController ios8 delay and you will see i am not the only one.
