    var description: String
    var amount: Double = 0.0

    init (description: String) {

    }
    func calculateTaxes(percentage: Double) {

Rafael, here is some code that will get you from task 1-4:

struct Expense {
    var description: String
    var amount: Double = 0.0

    init (description: String) {
        self.description = description
    }

    // add the calculateTaxes method here
    // it should accept only one parameter named 'percentage' of type Double
    // Task 1
   func calculateTaxes(percentage:Double) -> Double
    {
        // Task 2
        return (self.amount * (percentage/100))
    }

}
// Task 3
var item = Expense(description:"Treehouse Learning")
item.amount = 100
// Task 4
var taxes = item.calculateTaxes(7.5)
