Three small issues here:

println
is a function, which requires parentheses, not square brackets to call - In Swift, you'll want to use dot notation to get a property of an object (like the length of an array)
- Finally, the
count
property of an array is lowercase
Here's how you'd write it:
var todo: [String] = ["Learn Swift","Build App","Deploy App"]
println(todo.count)
