Problem regarding creating an application.

While creating a new application, an error takes place, showing

DL is deprecated, please use Fiddle

I'm having the exact same problem. It then goes on to say "Make sure that 'Gem install rake -v '10.4.2' succeeds before bundling."

Anyone out there have a clue what we've run into?
