Problem website, after porting header and footer

After porting header and footer , there is a problem with websites. Browser reports that website lost connections with localhost.

I tried with debuging, and found that when I comment piece of code in functions.php it solves the problem.

The code is for enqueueing the scripts.

Any advice?

Could you please post the code you are commenting out that is making it work

The problem was with some code syntax.
