Problem with running: $ bundle binstubs rspec-core

Did what the video said but I'm getting this error;

$ bundle binstubs rspec-core Could not find gem 'capybara (~> 2.1.0) x86-mingw32' in any of the gem sources listed in your Gemfile or available on this machine.
