Problems in setting up my environment, just installed MAMP Pro and PHP Strom but .ini file is not working?

So I am COMPLETELY new, so a lot of the “tech” language in these programs (MAMP Pro and PHP Storm) I am unfamiliar with. So have patience with me lol This is my first time ever using any of these programs.

Before I start the Team Tree house lessons for PHP I was looking at how to set up my environment with a Lynda.com lesson. So I want to finish this set up so I can actually start practicing and learning.
