Problems opening and starting work on the xCode7 (starter).

Treehouse,

Having problems opening and starting work on the xCode7 (starter). Which file do we open exactly?

I also tried downloading xCode 7, which you mention is the easier route. However, I do not have an Apple Developer account and it looks like it is $99 a year. Is there any way to download xcode 7 and avoiding this 99$ charge? If not, please let me know exactly which file to open in that "xCode7starter" folder.
