Problems with the github repository in the local environment. (Compiled solutions)

Hi guys, I would like to add my compiled solutions for the errors that I faced while setting up the github repository in my local environment. You don't need to uninstall any packages, if you don't have them installed in first place.

Solution: 

npm uninstall --save-dev gulp-sass karma wrench
npm install --save-dev gulp-sass@latest karma@latest wrench@latest

If you need to uninstall/install them separately, just use:

npm uninstall --save-dev <packagename>
npm install --save-dev <packagename>
