HTML How to Make a Website Beginning HTML and CSS Follow Along with Workspaces

Problems with work space

When I type in <h1>THE LAZY R inc</h1> and then press save (control S ) then press the view icon the display shows NICK PETTIT ---- how are we supposed to learn if you have pre-programmed the software to display your info and not our info -- WHAT IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE ? we will never know.

Hi there! Out of curiosity, have you tried clearing your browser cache? There is the possibility that your browser is loading in cached data instead of the newly updated file. As far as HTML and CSS goes, the workspaces act mostly as a text editor. The code is rendered locally on your machine.

Try clearing your browser cache and see if this helps, but let me know if you're still experiencing this problem! :sparkles:
