Hi,
When I click the preview mode in workspaces to look at my work, it only shows the following text, " index of/ index.html", and under this it says "parent directory." what could be the problem?

Treehouse TeacherWell, this is odd. When I fork that snapshot and preview it, it displays "my name is hakan". This is without the "å", of course. First, make sure you've saved your file. Then open the preview again and refresh the page. If this still doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache. There is the chance that it's loading in an older version of your code from the cache. Let me know how it goes!

Treehouse TeacherIt sounds like there might be a problem in your file structure. Can you please link a snapshot of your workspace? If you click the camera icon in the upper right corner of your workspace it will create the snapshot for you. You can link it here and we can make a copy so that we can better assist you with this problem. Thanks!
