Project files not opening on VS code

The project files cannot be opened with VSCode on Windows. It opens errors. Which console can i use to open it?

It works okay for me... What does the error say? I unzipped the folder then opened vs code and used 'file' -> 'open folder' then selected the whole "css-layout-project-files" folder.
