@property value of UI controls
I noticed that the @property here with UI controls is reversed with compared to when creating any other object.
@property (nonatomic, strong) anyObject vs @property(strong, nonatomic) IBOutlet UILabel *predicationLabel
does it make a difference their order?

the order does not matter. i prefer using (nonatomic, strong), but the other way around works as well
