A new public method named isBatteryEmpty that returns true if the battery has 0 bars remaining, and false otherwise.

MAX_BARS is supposed to be your constant- it shouldn't be changed. barCount should probably be the one that you are checking against: if(barCount == 0)

You also might want to clean up your indentations:

  if(MAX_BARS == 0){
    return  true;
  }else {
    return false;
  }
}
