Jorge, when asking "which is best" for tackling a project, the answer is ALWAYS "it depends".

it depends on your team's background and skills, your schedule, your future plans for development--everything. Too many things to list here.

So, if you ask this kind of general question on a forum anywhere, all you'll likely get is personal preferences and subjective dogma about languages. Best to tackle this question in the context of a real project, with real plans, and a real team.

Absent any of that info, and if you must choose, then the answer is "it doesn't matter. Just pick either one and start."

Generally, it doesn't matter. Pick the language that you're most comfortable with and that has the features you need. With very few exceptions and very minor differences, one language is as good as another.
