Question 5 in the previous quiz for "Transactions Review" didn't appear for me. I tried refreshing the browser and re-taking the quiz and it happened a second time. I tried reporting an issue on the quiz under "Something's not working" and it failed. Where would I report this? The only option I had was to "Skip quiz".

I looked at Transactions Review in Modifying Data with SQL and it shows that there are only four questions for that quiz. Hope this helps.
