Question for Displaying Custom Post and Fields in a template

At what point were the titles and description added to the works page? Just wondering if we entered via wp-admin or was content from a downloaded file?

I am working along side the video. I am using new install from WordPress locally not using copies of downloaded file. Just wondering if I missed a video or did not pay attention. I have entered the titles and descriptions in wp-admin and it shows up as expected
