Question only works if you throw the error when the value is inside the range not outside so there is an error!

There is an error in the way they worded the question.

Program.cs
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

if (value < 0 || value > 20 )

{
    throw new System.Exception();

} else {

Console.WriteLine("Invalid Value");

}

I interpreted the "range" referred to as 0 to 20 (inclusive), and the test being added was specifically to check for "outside of the range". But I can see how that was not stated as clearly as possible. You might want to submit a content suggestion via the recommended procedure that can be found on the Support page (near the bottom on the left :arrow_lower_left:)

Also, that "else" clause is not part of the challenge.
