Questions about the Database.db file associated with this course

The database.db file is generally unreadable. I'm guessing this because as it contains an SQLite database file it can only be read by an SQLite browser. However, when I was comparing my database file I was confused by one thing.

It seemed to be showing data and SQL code from the PHP Media Library course. Is there a reason for this? I'm confused. Thanks :)
