Hey Hyzel and others with the same question,

In the video, Treasure goes to the Project page at the end of a Techdegree unit and downloads the "Project Files". She is just doing this as an example to show how to add new folders / files into a Git repository, so you can just bring in any file or folder you like if you're following along.

When you complete all of the course work for your current Unit in the Techdegree, then you'll be left with the Project page for that Unit and you'll see the same link to download the "Project Files"
