6,570 PointsThis has to do with Windows and Ruby 2.2.
You could delete nokogiri from your gemfile and gemfile.lock if you are not using it.
No famboism here but OSX and Linux play best with Ruby for some reason. I would advise you to partition your HD and run a free Linux distro, I have used Mint that seems pretty cool but am on OSX now.
