C# C# Objects Inheritance Catching Exceptions

Really stumped and frustrated with this try catch block

Can someone just give me the right answer? That's the only way I'll understand at this point. Pointing out what I'm doing wrong wouldn't hurt either. Thanks

Program.cs 
int value = 0; // initialize to a default value
try
{
    value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
}
catch(Exception)
{
    Console.WriteLine("Value is out of bounds!");
    // or use "continue;" to start over the loop
}

if (value < 0 || value > 20)
{
    throw new System.Exception();
}

Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

You're close, but you don't need to reassign "value" or to input anything.

Yet you do need to move the test with the throw to put them inside the try block.

Fix those, and you should have it.
