Receiving 404 status error when requesting profile of joykesten2 on video

I'm getting a "Cannot read property '404' of undefined error when running the code "profile.get('joykesten2')", yet it works fine with Chalkers. Any reason?

Looks like Joy's username is just joykesten and not joykesten2. https://teamtreehouse.com/joykesten.json
