Redirecting my userpage to github

Hi There,

I could not understand clearly about redirecting my website rasbin.com.np to the github using the CNAME files. The domain name service provider asks for the address of name servers. What should I keep in the name server fields as my domain name service provide requires address of two name servers.

Please make me clear about it. Thanks
