removeAtIndex challenge not working?

This quiz wants me to remove an array item and store it in a constant. I did this let item = todo.removeAtIndex[2]

When I check the work it tells me that I need call the removeAtIndex function. Why is this not working?

arrays.swift
var todo = ["Learn Swift", "Build App", "Deploy App"]
todo.append("Debug App")
todo.append("Fix Bugs")
let item = todo.removeAtIndex[2]

HI Tim,

You're pretty much there, but removeAtIndex is a method, so that takes brackets () not square ones.

let item = todo.removeAtIndex(2)

:smile:
