I'm not sure if it is your mistake, but you are missing your head and html tags. Try this and let me know if it's working better or worse

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>TITLE | Postition</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css">
<link rel="stylesheet" href="css/main.css">
</head>

</html>

Be sure to close the html tag at the very bottom of your file and make sure to save both the .html file and the .css file

Problem was in the labeling, sorry. Thank you for your help
